Dan and his wife Janice moved to Gilbert in 2016, they are both from North Dakota. The warm sunshine, work opportunities, and beautiful homes convinced them that Arizona could be their new home. They planted their real estate roots in Gilbert for the friendly faces, great places to eat, and easy access to the whole valley.

Dan spent his childhood watching his parents completely renovate an 1895 Victorian home on their small farm in Scranton, ND. He grew up in this house which served as a pheasant hunting lodge in the fall and a year round inspiration to beautifully crafted homes. Dan has enjoyed hanging his hat in many places including Cleveland, Denver, Portland, and now Arizona.

Dan attended Inspection Training of Arizona in Chandler, AZ and received his field training from experienced inspectors on BPG’s Arizona team. He has also receives ongoing training thru InterNACHI and completed over 140 hours of CE in 2019. Dan is WDO and Infared Certified.

Dan spends his downtime remodeling his house, golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting, and working on his family genealogy. Dan and his wife are big Arizona Diamondbacks fans, hardly ever missing a game.
